North West Lightning and Storm Photos

I photographed the storm below on the lonely stretch of highway north of Nanutarra Roadhouse in the Pilbara. The first photo is interesting as it shows dust near the ground below some ragged scud hanging at the base of some cumulus. Later on that afternoon the storms joined into a nice squall line which travelled in a northerly direction. The photos below show the gust front as the storm approached, and the ensuing dust storm as it hit. Although it probably wasn't severe this storm did produce flash flooding on the North West Coastal Highway, along with a nice lightning show.
