Welcome to Electric Skies, my lightning and storm photography web site. Photographing lightning and storms is undoubtedly my main passion and I try to get out and chase storms whenever conditions (and time!) allow it. This lightning and storm picture collection is a product of many years storm chasing in Australia, as well as business travel to overseas locations when I was fortunate to be at the right place at the right time! Hope you enjoy the photos and the storm chase accounts associated with them!

I have arranged my photos according to the region they were taken in. Most were taken in Western Australia, but you will also find photos from Northern Territory and Queensland, and such overseas locations as United States, Brunei, and New Zealand. Featured above is a collection of my favourite photos. You will find many more by following the photo gallery links on the left.
